Arrival and departure:
Your room is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure. In the case of a late arrival or early departure we reserve the right to charge you the full amount. You should arrive by 6pm. Please inform us by telephone if you need to arrive any later.
Dogs:
Dogs only by arrangement. Please ensure that your four-legged friend is kept away from the dining areas, swimming pools and the spa area.
No smoking:
We operate a non-smoking policy in our hotel. Smoking is forbidden in all rooms as well as communal areas. You are welcome to smoke out of doors!
Reservations:
Your booking is considered binding on receipt of written confirmation from you by email, fax or post.
Terms of cancellation:
Please inform us in good time if you need to cancel your holiday.
- Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
- 29 to 22 days before arrival: 20% of the booking
- 21 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the booking
- up to 6 days before arrival: 80% of the booking
- in case of no arrival or early departure: 100% of the booking
Tip: we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This way you are covered in the event of something unforeseen happening!
Travel cancellation insurance
Something can sometimes get in the way of your holiday... to avoid paying cancellation charges in the event of the illness, injury or death of the policy holder, his/her children, parents or grandparents we recommend our travel cancellation insurance. Book this insurance when entering your credit card number. We naturally require written notification of any cancellation.

Methods of payment:
We prefer you to settle the bill by cash or deposit cheque. However, you may also pay by debit or credit card (excluding American Express and Diners Club Card). Please note that some special offers are only redeemable on payment by cash!
